I have had really rough bumps in the road that drag me down and make me depressed and I couldn't get through the rough bumps of life without three things /od my savior,my music,friends :D today was one of those days that I thought I just wouldn't be able to get through..you know how that feels right? Usually our first reaction to the situations of life that bring us down is to just try to get out of the problem and that could be easy or super hard depending on the thing that's happening. I decided since I was angry stressed and felt down in the hole and didn't know what to do to go to my room and calm down by turning on Klove radio and taking deep slow breaths. I turned on the radio and the first words I heard was "to the one who has lived in the shadows of shame believing that there was no way I could change but the one who is making eveything new doesn't see me the way that I do" that spoke and said that it doesn't matter who I see myself as God sees me as special and made unique in his eyes. Next I heard was "forgiven beloved hidden in christ" and that changed my feeling right there and made me rethink the situation as God is changing me by letting me make mistakes and forgiving me just like scripture says in Romans 7:4-6 despite our fallen nature and past we ar "married to christ" so we can experience forgiveness and a new life. I kept listening to the song that was playing and the next part said "I am not defined by mistakes that I made because God says I'm me I am not who I was being remade I am new I'm chosen and holy and dearly loved" which told me that what I was going through doesn't matter how bad it is God loves me exactly the same kind of love and he forgives me when I ask. So today are you the one thinking you are not special or sinned to much? Or are yu the one that is going to ask for forgiveness and God will grant it you just have to ask. You are the way the song says "forgiven beloved hidden I christ made in the image as giver of life richous and hold reborn and remade I am new" scripture says in 1John 1:9 if we confess our sins he is faithful with loveing care to forgive us for our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness :D so remember this next time you think your unloved or sinned to much to be forgiven and remade
